I am a Craniosacral Therapist: This is much more than a job description.

The road to this place, which feels like home, has been a winding one.

It has lead me through a practice in massage; farming, where the experience of delivering lambs introduced me to the joys of perception through my hands; leading outdoor business management courses, which taught me that the top of the mountain is often a cold and bleak place; and running an ethnic import shop.

I am also a dreamwork practitioner, exploring the wisdom of the Dream with clients one to one and in groups.

I have three children. Their needs have informed a number of my choices. During their early years I was a teacher and tutor for the National Childbirth Trust, and I have been very involved with the Steiner school movement. Both Anthroposophy and the knowledge of childbirth and parenting inform my Cranial practice.

My three children are now adult and I am a besotted grandmother. My passions include my horses, wandering the world, and my home in the wilds of the Welsh borders.
